How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Your parcel is fully traceable on the carrier’s website, using the tracking number received. Don't hesitate to contact your carrier or our Client Services for any further questions.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Kindly note that all orders require one business day (M-F) for processing prior to shipment. The only exception applies to orders placed before 11:00 AM EST with overnight shipping, which are dispatched the same day. Delivery times vary by destination. Our fulfillment centers are closed for all federal holidays.

What is the shipping cost?

Can I modify my online order?

Once an order has been confirmed, we begin preparation immediately to ensure timely delivery. For this reason, modifications are only possible within one hour of placing your order.

What countries does Yelabèl deliver to?

We currently only ship to the USA.

What is the return policy?

Items may be returned within seven days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition and packaging—unworn, with all tags and materials intact. All returns incur a $20 restocking fee paid to our fulfillment partners.

What is the exchange policy?

Exchanges are welcomed within seven days of delivery and may be made directly through Loop returns.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received, items will be inspected within one business day. If deemed in sellable condition, a refund will be issued promptly.

We work to provide a fair returns policy to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. However, if we observe a consistently high return rate on your account or suspect purchases are being made for resale, we reserve the right to deactivate your account. Le Members Club is a way to share each small batch with those who live in Yelabèl. Membership admits full access to the entire collection of staples and limited seasonal styles. Membership is the only way to shop the full collection.

How do I become a member?

Join by reserving your spot in Le Queue here. Members will be added with every small batch released. Once admitted, you’re charged an annual membership fee of $100, granting full access to purchase the entire collection. Memberships are non-transferable. In the event of misuse, resale, or inactivity, membership access may be withdrawn at our discretion.

Why do you limit production?

We believe the value of a piece lies not in how many exist, but in how each one is made. Our production is intentionally limited to protect the integrity of every stitch and silhouette.

What are the benefits of the membership?

Upon admission, your membership fee is gifted back to you and more. On the 1st of each month, when a new batch is released, you’ll receive a $100 credit to put towards your next piece. Where are Yelabèl garments made?

How should I care for my Yelabèl pieces?

Each Yelabèl piece is crafted with effortless care in mind. Our sweatshirts are pre-shrunk for a consistent fit and can be machine-washed cold on a gentle, low-spin cycle, followed by tumble drying on low heat. For knitwear and outerwear, we recommend dry cleaning to preserve their refined texture and shape. When you want your garment to maintain that freshly pristine look, an occasional dry clean is a thoughtful indulgence—ensuring longevity and luxury in every wear.
