How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. For more information, please reach out to us via our website messenger.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders are processed within 1 business day. There are a few shipping options at checkout. Standard ground shipping typically takes 2–5 days, depending on your location. Since our fulfillment center is on the East Coast, orders to places like New York City may arrive a bit faster. You can also upgrade shipping at checkout if you need a guaranteed delivery date.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders over $200+, but we also offer upgraded shipping speeds that you’ll see at checkout once you enter your shipping address.

Can I modify my online order?

Orders immediately go into processing with a 3rd party fulfillment center, and changes cannot be made. However, please share your order # and what you would like changed via our website messenger, and we can try our best to catch it.

What countries does Yelabèl deliver to?

For now, we only ship within the U.S. If you’re looking to order outside of the U.S., reach out to us via our website messenger, let us know where you’re based, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.

What is the return / exchange policy?

We offer returns/exchanges within seven days of delivery. Reach out to us via our website messenger within that timeframe with your order # and the pieces you’d like to return or exchange. All pieces must remain in their original condition and packaging—unworn, with all tags and materials intact. All returns have a $20 restocking fee unless refunded as a store credit.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are immediately processed and should appear on your statement within 4-5 business days.

What is Yelabèl?

Yelabèl is a small-batch collection for friends & family, run by friends & family based out of New York.

How was Yelabèl started?

We were obsessed with making a “perfect” sweatshirt. It honestly started as a passion project. Making this completely from scratch. We worked with this old-school knitting mill to develop our own fabric. Something really special. We cut no corners to get the perfect hand feel, drape, and color story. The first batch was cut & sewn in 2019, stonewashed in this perfect vintage black, and released in what became our first “small-batch” of 100 pieces. Now hundreds of “small-batches” later, Yelabèl houses our collection of “obsessions”, which went from this sweatshirt to jackets, knits, denim, and six years later, we feel like we’ve just got started.

What is Le Members Club?

Our styles can only be made in small batches — not intentionally, but because our mills operate a bit old school. Like the saying “quality over quantity”, speed is not one of their priorities. Making the best possible piece is. We try to make every “small-batch” a bit bigger, but we know Yelabèl will never be unlimited. So we created Le Members’ Club to give those who live in Yelabèl first dibs on reserving every piece we make before the public release — and at our friends & family price.

How do I become a member?

Once you’re ready to check out, you’ll see a button at the bottom of the cart: “JOIN MEMBERS’ CLUB”. You’ll also automatically get members' friends & family pricing of 50% off upon checking out now that you’re a member!

What are the benefits of the membership?

Le Members’ Club is designed to let you shop Yelabèl the way our friends & family do. Members get first access to every piece we make. If something you want is sold out — as a member, you message our concierge and request a 1 of 1 piece to be specially made for you in the next small-batch. And you now get our friends and family price: 50% off.

How often am I billed for membership?

Membership is billed annually. You’re charged $100 once per year from the day you join.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel at any time by reaching out to us via our website messenger. Just note that membership benefits are only available while your membership is active. Once you cancel, friends & family pricing and early access end immediately, and shopping returns to full price.

How can I find out if an item is being restocked?

Availability really depends on the piece. Some styles — like our sweats — are made in small batches more regularly, while others, especially jackets, can take six months or longer to produce. The good news is there’s always a next batch. As a member, you can reserve pieces in upcoming batches before they’re made. If you have a specific style in mind, please reach out to us via our website messenger, and we’ll take a look at what’s coming up and see if we can get you reserved in the next batch.

Where are Yelabèl garments made?

It depends on the piece. We always start where it’s done best — Italy for leather, denim, and knits; Portugal for our french terry pieces. Every piece touches a lot of hands before it reaches you, moving through a small circle of our trusted ateliers, dye houses, and quality control teams before our ‘yellow label’ is sewn on.

How should I care for my Yelabèl pieces?

All of our pieces love to be dry-cleaned! If you ever want them to look brand new like they do when you pull it out of your bag — just treat it to a dry clean. But this doesn't need to be the case every time you wear our core collection — sweats, tees, fleeces etc are pre-shrunk and can be machine-washed cold on a gentle, low-spin cycle, followed by a tumble dry on low heat. All specialty pieces including knitwear and outerwear, we recommend always dry cleaning to preserve their fabrics and shape.
