SHIPPING:

We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders over $200.  You have the option to upgrade shipping speeds if you'd like at checkout. 

Note* once an order is placed we are unable to amend any shipping addresses as it is immediately processed by our 3PL partner. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We offer returns/exchanges within seven days of delivery. Reach out to us via our website messenger within that timeframe with your order # and the pieces you’d like to return or exchange. All pieces must remain in their original condition and packaging—unworn, with all tags and materials intact. All returns have a $20 restocking fee unless refunded as a store credit. You are limited to one exchange per order. Refunds will be processed and should appear on your statement within 4-5 business days.

Please note that all specially made pieces are custom made based on your request and are final sale. All deposits related to custom orders are non-refundable.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: 

ALL COMMUNICATION is handled via our website chat.  We do not have another email, do not look at instagram dm's, do not respond to our text blast phone numbers etc. Only reach out via our website chat. If you don't hear back within 24hrs — don't worry we will extend any exchange windows etc. due to our delay.
