1. Introduction

Yelabèl is a New York City-based, online-only luxury brand. By engaging with our site and services, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Statement, and related policies. Continued use signifies acceptance of any updates.

2. Client Services

Our Client Services team is at your disposal Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. By submitting an inquiry, you consent to the use of your personal information solely to assist and fulfill your request. For full details, see our Privacy Statement.

3. Orders & Shipping

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your parcel directly on the carrier’s site.

  • Processing: Orders require one business day for processing, except those placed before 11:00 AM EST with overnight shipping, which ship the same day. We observe all federal holidays.

  • Shipping: Complimentary shipping on all orders over $200.

  • Modifications: Amendments are accepted only within one hour of order placement due to immediate processing.

  • Delivery: Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Custom Notes: Availability forthcoming.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with original packaging and tags intact. A $20 restocking fee applies.

  • Exchanges: Offered within 7 days and processed via our Loop Returns portal.

  • Process: Initiate returns or exchanges at http://yellowlabel.loopreturns.com/#/

  • Refunds: Inspected within one business day of receipt; refunds issued promptly for resalable items.

  • Account Restrictions: Excessive returns or suspected resale activity may result in account suspension. For concerns, please reach out to our Client Services via our online portal. 

5. Le Members Club

  • Overview: Membership grants exclusive access to every small batch release of staples and limited seasonal pieces. Access to the full collection is exclusive to members.

  • Enrollment: Reserve your place in Le Queue. Membership entails an annual $100 fee, non-transferable, and subject to revocation for misuse.

  • Philosophy: Limited production preserves the integrity and craftsmanship of each piece.

  • Privileges: Active members enjoy exclusive benefits and seasonal gifts.

7. Craftsmanship & Care

  • Yelabèl garments are crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Care Instructions: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Wool pieces require gentle care; occasional dry cleaning is recommended.
