Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By engaging with our site and services, you accept these Terms of Service, our Privacy Statement, and related policies. Continued use signifies acceptance of any updates.

2. Orders & Shipping

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. For more information, please reach out to us via our website messenger.

All orders are processed within 1 business day.  There are a few shipping options at checkout. Standard ground shipping typically takes 2–5 days, depending on your location. Since our fulfillment center is on the East Coast, orders to places like New York City may arrive a bit faster. You can also upgrade shipping at checkout if you need a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping is free on orders over $200+, but we also offer upgraded shipping speeds that you’ll see at checkout.

Orders immediately go into processing with a 3rd party fulfillment center, and changes cannot be made. However, please share your order # and what you would like changed via our website chat feature, and we can try our best to catch it.

For now, we only ship within the U.S. If you’re looking to order outside of the U.S., reach out to us via our website messenger, let us know where you’re based, and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.

3. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns/exchanges within seven days of delivery. Reach out to us via our website messenger within that timeframe with your order # and the pieces you’d like to return or exchange. All pieces must remain in their original condition and packaging—unworn, with all tags and materials intact. All returns have a $20 restocking fee unless refunded as a store credit. You are limited to one exchange per order. Refunds will be processed and should appear on your statement within 4-5 business days.

Please note that all specially made pieces are custom made based on your request and are final sale. All deposits related to custom orders are non-refundable.

4. Le Members Club

Le Members’ Club is designed to let you shop Yelabèl the way our friends & family do. Members get first access to every piece we make. If something you want is sold out, as a member, you message our team and request a 1 of 1 piece to be specially made for you in the next small batch. 

As a member, you shop at our friends and family price of 50% off.

You can join Le Members’ Club in the cart by selecting “JOIN MEMBERS’ CLUB.” Your 50% members-only discount will be auto-applied to your order. For assistance, please message us via the website chat feature.

Membership requires an annual fee of $100. By joining, you agree to this annual commitment.

Membership is non-transferable

Membership is exclusive to Yelabèl

Membership may be revoked in cases of misuse

You can cancel at any time by messaging us via our website chat feature. Just note that membership benefits are only available while your membership is active. Once you cancel, friends & family pricing and early access end immediately, and shopping returns to full price.

5. Restocks

Availability depends on the piece. Some styles — like our sweats — are made in small batches more regularly, while others, especially jackets, can take six months or longer to produce. The good news is there’s always a next batch. As a member, you can reserve pieces in upcoming batches before they’re made. If you have a specific style in mind, just let our Concierge Team know, and we’ll take a look at what’s coming up and see if we can get you reserved in the next batch.

6. Craftsmanship & Care

Care Instructions: All of our pieces love to be dry-cleaned! If you ever want them to look brand new like they do when you pull them out of your bag, just treat them to a dry cleaning. But this doesn't need to be the case every time you wear our core collection — sweats, tees, fleeces, etc. are pre-shrunk and can be machine-washed cold on a gentle, low-spin cycle, followed by a tumble dry on low heat. For all specialty pieces, including knitwear and outerwear, we recommend always dry cleaning to preserve their fabrics and shape.

7. Contact

Use our messenger in the bottom corner of our website for anything you need.  ANYTHING!!  Product questions, order updates, just to say hi, and how much you're loving your pieces. We love to hear from all of you, but again, just to note, we do not have any email support, social media support, etc. The only channel we use to manage communication is our website messenger.

8. Wholesale

Yelabèl works with hundreds of restaurant groups, Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and much more to deliver a white-glove co-branding service with our blanks brand, A Blank Hoodie Co. Anyone can purchase blanks via A Blank Hoodie Co. — however, the use of our “yellow label” in brand collaboration is limited to approved clients. Reach out via our messenger to discuss further!

9. Intellectual Property & Legal

All content is proprietary. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for fraudulent or abusive behavior.

These Terms are governed by New York law.
